Return & Refund policy:

• You can return your unworn item within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and in original, re-saleable condition.
• We do not offer free returns. It is down to the customer to cover the return postage costs.
• Please use the 'Contact Us' section to initiate your return, include your order number, full name, email and delivery address, we will then email you with return instructions. 
• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you with confirmation of your refund. Refunds may take up to 7 days to complete.
• We can not accept returns of worn footwear or any jewellery, underwear and lashes.
•  Sale items are non- returnable and non-refundable.
